Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Deposit Online Booking Policy for Private Game Reservations (Airsoft & Paintball Events) Thank you for choosing Picasso Lake to host your airsoft / paintball event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our online booking policy below: 1. Reservation and Deposit To secure your private referee for your upcoming airsoft / paintball event, a $150 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking, and ensures your event is confirmed with a referee reserved specifically for you. 2. Discount for Participants As part of our commitment to making your event even more exciting, each participant in your group will receive a $10 discount on their admission fees when you reserve a private referee. The discount will be applied to the individual admission cost at the time of check-in. 3. Cancellation / Rescheduling The deposit is non-refundable regardless of any changes to the event or individual participant attendance. We do not provide refunds for unused or unoccupied spots within your group, but the $10 participant discount remains applicable for all attendees who show up on the event day. If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as early as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we will work with you to find an alternative date based on availability. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
