About the event
A scientific identification building known as The Foundation, lies within the city limits around
Picasso Lake. While what is held in this top clearance government building remains a mystery
to those in the area we will allow you to refer to them as anomalies. The local towns people has
issued numerous complaints to town hall covering the following matters: strobe lights at random
times throughout the night, constant evacuation trainings, alarms, screaming and what few
